Ketamine Therapy for Arizona Residents

Healing is possible — from wherever you are in Arizona.

Telehealth Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in Arizona

If you are an Arizona resident struggling with depression, PTSD, anxiety, or a condition that has not responded to traditional treatment, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) may offer a new path forward. I provide telehealth KAP to clients throughout Arizona — no travel required.

KAP combines the neurological effects of legally prescribed ketamine with deep psychotherapeutic work. The ketamine creates a window of openness and neuroplasticity; the therapy helps you make meaning of what emerges and integrate it into lasting change.

I am Amy Ferris, MA, LPCC — a licensed therapist trained in trauma-informed modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I partner with Journey Clinical to provide a fully supported, medically supervised KAP experience for Arizona clients.

Telehealth KAP is available to residents throughout Arizona. All sessions are conducted via secure video.

The Process

01

Initial Consultation

We begin with a free consultation to explore your history, goals, and whether KAP is a good fit. I will answer all your questions about the process and what to expect as an Arizona telehealth client.

02

Medical Evaluation

You will be connected with a Journey Clinical prescriber who conducts a medical evaluation and, if appropriate, prescribes ketamine lozenges delivered directly to your home in Arizona.

03

Preparation & Dosing

We meet via telehealth to prepare you for the experience. During your dosing session, I am present with you throughout via video, providing guidance and support as the medicine works.

04

Integration

The real work happens in integration. We meet after each dosing session to process what arose, connect insights to your therapeutic goals, and anchor the changes in your daily life.
