About
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Kintsugi is a centuries-old Japanese art form in which broken pottery is repaired with gold lacquer — not to hide the damage, but to honor it. The philosophy holds that something broken and mended is not lesser for having been broken; it is stronger, more beautiful, and more interesting because of it.
This is the philosophy at the heart of my practice. I believe that the painful experiences, struggles, and fractures in our lives do not diminish us. When given the right support, those very places can become sources of resilience, wisdom, and profound beauty. Therapy is the gold that helps us mend.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Perrysburg, Ohio, with a Master of Arts in Counseling. My work is grounded in the belief that every person is a unique individual with their own history, obstacles, and circumstances — and that those past experiences shape who we become.
I have dedicated my career to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their struggles without judgment, gain insight and self-awareness, and build a strong foundation for a more balanced, healthy, and peaceful life. I favor empowering clients and helping them develop their own personal repertoire of healing and coping strategies.
I truly believe the client is the expert in his or her own life. My role is to guide the process — to walk alongside you as you set and reach your healing goals, not to prescribe a path for you.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities to meet each client where they are. I work collaboratively with clients to understand not just their symptoms, but the whole person — the many parts that make up who they are. Together, we explore and develop those parts toward greater wholeness.
